Flex Banner production process

Raw Material: Raw materials are purchased in bulk to ensure stable costs and consistent product performance.

The Mesh:The mesh is a key structural component of the flex banner, and its quality has a direct impact on the banner’s overall strength and durability.

Laminating:The PVC film and mesh are bonded through high-temperature lamination, during which the banner’s surface gloss can also be adjusted.

Packing:Standard packing uses kraft paper with customer-specified labels. Reinforced hard-tube packaging is available upon request.

Quality inspection:All products undergo strict quality checks before shipment, covering print quality, tear strength, weather resistance, and ink absorption.

Stock:After production, goods are stored in a dry, clean, and temperature-controlled warehouse to maintain material quality.
